Our Service Engineers
As a service company, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We employ experienced production line engineers who can give customers real value added advice on any aspect of our lubrication systems and any bottle handling issues they may have. Each customer is assigned their own Service Engineer who will ensure we exceed our client’s expectations at all times.
Our Site Visits
During the initial site visit our engineers will survey the line for an initial quote. The Dry Lube quote will assess your operational requirements and find the most cost effective lubrication system for your line. Our engineers have years of experience working as production engineers and have extensive knowledge of the different line types and packaging systems.
The Dry Lube system does not require any changes to the bottling line and can easily fit around existing pipe work, so our engineers cause minimum disruption on-site. In addition there is minimal interruption to production during the installation process, ensuring you maintain maximum productivity.
Your service engineer is on call during the installation and commissioning period which usually lasts no longer than 1 week, and will ensure that the Dry Lube System is working to maximum efficiency, adjusting flow according to line requirements.
Our Service Contract
We pride ourselves in our on-going relationships with customers and build strong bonds that will allow for efficient working relationships. We are dedicated to supplying a service of the highest quality at a competitive price to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
Service contracts will vary based on the length of production lines, conveyor belt type, packaging type, the number of hours in operation every day, and the speed at which production lines are running.
