Our Service Engineers.

As a service company, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We employ experienced packaging engineers who give real value added advice on any aspect of packaging line operations. Each customer is assigned their own Service Engineer who strive to exceed our client's expectations at all times.

Our Site Visits.

During the initial site visit our engineers will survey the line for an initial quote to find the most cost effective lubrication system for your line. There will be minimal interruption to production during the installation process, ensuring you maintain maximum productivity.

Your service engineer is on call during the installation and commissioning period which usually lasts no longer than 1 week, and will ensure that the Dry Lube System is working to maximum efficiency.

Service engineers provide ongoing support in the form of regular service visits (usually fortnightly or monthly) when they will refill the lubricant in the system reservoir (so no need to keep lubricant stock on site) and service the system to ensure ongoing optimum performance.

We pride ourselves on our on-going relationships with customers and build strong bonds that will allow for efficient working relationships. We are dedicated to supplying a service of the highest quality at a competitive price to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

Service contracts will vary based on the length of production lines, conveyor belt type, packaging type, the number of hours in operation every day, and the speed at which production lines are running.
