Flexible. Dry Lube systems have been proven to work well with multiple applications, containers and line types. For example, Dry Lube runs effectively with both returnable and non-returnable PET, cans, inverted cans, glass, cartons, tetra pak, stainless steel, acetyl, matt top belts etc. Food Safe. Our lubricant is food safe and NSF registered. External testing has confirmed that our lubricant has no adverse effect on cans or PET, with no signs of stress cracking or base deformity after the specified period of testing. In addition, our lubricant has been approved for use by a number of major beverage groups. Particulate Free. Our lubricant contains no solid particle additives such as Teflon. This means that there is no build up of lubricant on conveyors when a Dry Lube system is used. Our customers have reported a significant reduction in their cleaning regimes since Dry Lube systems have been installed. PTFE and Silicon Free. Many alternative line lubricants contain PTFE or silicon which Dry Lube does not use. The reasons why we don't use PTFE lubricants are outlined in this document. |

Our systems are programmed to apply the correct amount of lubricant to the lines at all times resulting in no build-up of residue on the line and no carry-over into packers or products.
