Our Lubricants

Dry Lube use two different types of specialist lubricants for diverse applications on our customers' production lines.

Conveyor Lube H1

Features and Benefits:

  • NSF registered as safe for incidental contact with food and drink products.
  • Safe to use on inverted can lines.
  • Tested by Constar International UK and deemed acceptable for use on PET bottle filling lines. Tests showed no evidence of stress cracking or base deformity.
  • Tested to ensure that no impact on beer foam stability and is therefore the ideal choice for breweries. Click here for Beer Foam Stability Report.
  • Tested to ensure zero impact on the consumer when dry lube is applied to inverted cans.
  • Applications for Conveyor Lube H1 include;
    1. PET on acetyl (download approval documents here)
    2. Cans (upright and inverted) on acetyl (download approval documents here)
    3. Tetrapak and Elopak
    4. Keg and cask on acetyl
  • The lubricant is colourless, free of particulates, and does not contain any silicon or Teflon.

Conveyor Lube G&S

This lubricant is an exciting development to meet the needs of our customers running glass containers on stainless steel belts.  The lubricant is food additive grade.  Using Dry Lube's proprietary delivery system and expertise, there are now multiple systems successfully operating with this lubricant.  These include; MillerCoors, Fort Worth Texas; Coca-Cola bottled water plant in Morpeth, England, and returnable glass bottle lines in AG Barr, Cumbernauld and Dairy Crest, England.
