Dry Lube understands the operational requirements of working in a high speed production environment. Prior to any installation we will take you on-site to see the Dry Lube System running effectively in a similar environment to your own. This will give you the opportunity to meet and discuss with other product engineers and managers how the process works and the benefits they have noticed.
Breweries
Brewing is a high speed environment that requires meeting the highest standards of food safety whilst maximising productivity. The Dry Lube System works to help promote productivity and enhance line efficiencies, whilst improving health & safety on-site and reducing the plant's environment impact. Our product requires no detergent or water so transforms working conditions on site, there is no soap residue on floors, no bacterial growth causing blockages and no damage to lines or bad smells.
Beer Foam Stability
Independent studies carried by the International Centre for Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt University in Scotland established the impact of Dry Lube's conveyor lube H1 oil on Beer foam stability. These tests were performed using both the Rudin method and a visual assessment. The results demonstrated that Dry Lube conveyor lube H1 in a glass of either lager or beer did not have a negative impact on beer foam stability. Dairy
Dry Lube is an excellent product for the dairy industry helping to ensure production line productivity and performance while reducing the use of biocides and bacterial build up on the lines.
The Dry Lubrication System has been tested extensively and is certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) International (www.nsf.org – Registration No. 137484) who certify products for food, water, air and consumer as a safe product in food, beverage, brewing and dairy industries.
All components of the Dry Lube System are also CE approved.
Food
The Dry Lube system has been proven to work very well on food production lines. The system is currently installed on conveyors carrying a variety of foodstuffs including herbs & spices, jams, sauces and condiments.
Household/Domestic Products
The Dry Lube system has recently been successfully trialled on production lines carrying household products such as bleach.
