Dry Lube’s state of the art application method
Our zonal distribution system provides reliable and effective lubrication. Unlike other systems that rely on a single ring distribution system covering the whole packaging line, our system design allows precise control of lube dosage per zone which is fixed and controlled by volumetric valve blocks.
Furthermore, by dividing the lubrication system into several zones, dosage rates can be optimised according to machine speed and duty and ant leak becomes a localised issue, not a fundamental problem affecting the whole packaging line.
We combine two methods of applications to deliver maximum control and performance. Our brush technology applies a precise amount of lubricant on top of the wear strip. The Nylon brushes are housed in food grade stainless steel assemblies which are designed for ease of servicing and brush replacement.
Additionally we use inserts to ensure the even and targeted application of lubricant between the belt and the wear-strip. This method reduces conveyor power consumption and increases belt life.
The application is controlled and monitored from a central control cabinet, which consists of a lubricant storage and pump holding up to 11 litres of lubricant, ( typically sufficient for more than 2 weeks continuous operation).

Dry Lube’s packaging solutions
Glass on Stainless Steel poses specific challenges because of the abrasive nature of the materials. Dry Lube stands alone in having created a unique lubricant and customized application system that overcomes the high demands of Glass on stainless applications.
Dry Lube’s specifically formulated G&S Lubricant is 100% Water, PTFE and Silicone free significantly reducing water consumption while creating a safer and more sanitary workplace.
Our zonal distribution system has proven to be the most effective at delivering the exact quantity of lubrication to the right place, at the right time. We combine two methods of applications to deliver maximum control and performance. Brushes are used to apply lubricant even and targeted on the conveyor belt. Inserts apply the lube between the wear-strip and the belt extending component life and reducing power consumption.

Dry Lube’s H1 lubricant is the solution of choice for Can operations on Plastic Chains or Stainless Steel.
It is NSF H1 and taste test approved and is therefore applicable on both inverted and upright cans. Because the lubricant is a ready-to-use product it is not impaired by the quality of water and drives substantial savings in both water consumption and waste water handling.
Through the use of brushes and insert optimal can control and power savings are achieved. The collection of dirt or microbiologic deposition is prevented and a separate cleaning system is no longer required, saving further cost.

Dry Lube has successfully converted many PET lines in the Food and Beverage industry. A significant amount of our current business is on PET lines driving very worthwhile improvements and savings for our customer such as Coca Cola, Nestle Waters and Cott.
Amongst others these companies have realised with the help of dry conveyor lubrication the following benefits:
- Extended Belt Life
- Significant Water Savings
- Lower Power Consumption
- Bottle Stability
- Optimise Operations
- Improved Safety
We enable these benefits by applying optimum amounts of Dry Lube’s advanced G&S lubricant on top of the wear strip with advanced brush applications. Between the wear-strip and the belt inserts apply lubricant which extends the component life expectation and reduces power consumption.

Our dry conveyor lubricant H1 is addressing the needs of KEG application. Dry Lube uses brushes that are mounted on the return side of the tracks applying the lube to the underside of the tracks which reduces the wear on the track. Insert are used to apply the dry lubricant between the wear-strip and the belt leading to extended component life and reduced power consumption.
Similarly to the benefits achieved on a PET line Dry Lube offers reduced wear on the belt and significant reduction of water on the floor thus reducing the risk of slips, trips and falls.
