Our proprietary lubricants have been developed specifically for use in conveyor lubrication. They have been formulated to help control coefficient of friction and provide added benefits of reduced water consumption and improved package stability. Our H1 lubricant is used on plastic belts and G&S and GlassLube2.0 are used on stainless steel belts.
All are 100% water, PTFE and silicone free and approved for incidental food contact. They are applied concentrated to the conveyor using our brush application method. Lube volume is controlled by our central dosing system and managed by a Dry Lube service engineer to optimise line performance and eliminate excess.
GlassLube2.0 is produced from natural materials from renewable sources and is the only water-free solution available for glass packages on stainless steel belts. It has been formulated to a specific viscosity to ensure optimum glide and help manage coeffcients of friction. We have successfully converted a number of one-way and returnable glass lines from wet lube to a Dry Lube system.
Graph shows that Dry Lube (red columns) delivered a consistent coefficient of friction between 0.11 and 0.14 measured at multiple points along a glass line.
H1 Conveyor Lube
Our H1 conveyor lube has been used on can, PET, keg and carton lines for 10 years. As well as delivering improved package stability and a safer working environment through eliminating water around the conveyor area, customers have reported increased belt life of at least 200% and a reduction in conveyor motor power by up to 10%.
It is safe for use on inverted cans and has been taste-test approved.
Our lubricants are used exclusively with our lubrication system.
